Hey great info and an encouraging piece of writing!

I’ve also been doing some research into some tips of yours, especially regarding the vitamins/nutrition, changing your life, and those infomercial workout systems. The thing about those is, if they do work, you lose weight a an unhealthy pace. If I remember right, the body is only supposed to lose 5 pounds per week at the most, so it is a great tip to just not get involved with those, because even if you do lose weight, most people just gain it back on those things.

On the vitamins thing, I found that the FDA recently stated that the American diet, even if one is on organic foods and vitamin suppliments, does not have the 40-something nutrients that your body actually needs, so as a result everybody should be on suppliments.

Then I was researching all the suppliments and found that most of them, especially multi-vitamins, are a once-a-day pill which is actually not at all helpful to the body, because the body cannot completely absorb a day’s worth of vitamins/nutrients at one time, so they should be spaced out throughout the day in smaller doses. I think it is the same basic idea of the idea that one should eat many smaller meals instead of three large meals in a day.

Have you read much on that? I’ve actually been getting onto a new cellular system of suppliments that was designed by a Nobel Prize Loriet in Nutrition and Biochemistry that I’ve actually been having amazing results with; I am using it more for weight gain (building muscle mass) and weight maintenance since I’m a marathon runner and workout every day, but I know some people who are on their weight-loss nutrition plan who have had some amazing results, many lost 30 pounds in the first six weeks, and I’ve heard a ton of stories of losing 50-80 pounds and having kept it off for 9 years.

I loved these tips, but muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound of feathers is equal to a pound of bricks. Muscle is leaner and takes up less space.
